James River National Wildlife Refuge Comprehensive Conservation Draft Plan Public Meetings

Event

Come share your thoughts on the James River National Wildlife Refuge Comprehensive Conservation Draft Plan!

USFWS staff will give a short presentation on the draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) and Environmental Assessment (EA), followed by an open house. The open house will provide attendees the opportunity to speak directly to planning staff and ask questions regarding the plan and the planning process. There will also be an opportunity to the public to submit comments.

A Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) is a 15-year strategic plan guiding management for all refuge programs. The USFWS team began preparation for the James River NWR CCP in April of 2009.
