The Audubon Society of Northern Virginia will hold a honeybee-themed Audubon Afternoons event on Sunday, January 11th from at the National Wildlife Federation Headquarters in Reston, VA. The event will feature guest speakers German Perilla, Director of the Honeybee Initiative at George Mason University, and Louise Edsall, Director of Education and Programs for Sweet Virginia Foundation. The lectures will discuss the state of honeybees and current conservation efforts.
